The Eleventy8 website uses some tools that do collect a certain amount of information on you, and we’ve made sure that it is as little as possible.

The data you submit via our form(s) on this website will be retained in this website’s database for a period no longer than a year. This enables us to make sure we don’t miss your messages.
You’ll notice that on our contact form, we ask you to clarify whether you’re interested in future promotions and marketing. You do not have to opt in to this.
For email, Eleventy8 uses ProtonMail. ProtonMail is an encrypted email service.
You can contact Eleventy8 at anytime and request all data we have related on you or ask for your data to be deleted and unsubscribed from any email subscriptions you may have signed up for.
We use Flywheel for web hosting. If we build you a website, it will be hosted with them. In some cases we may pass your personal details to Flywheel in order to transfer website ownership and invoicing.

ProtonMail is a secure and encrypted email service. Any email correspondence you send to Eleventy8 will be encrypted in our inboxes and free from scraping by algorithms. Eleventy8 decided on using encrypted email for the security of our clients and ourselves, any email you receive from Eleventy8 will include a public PGP key as an attachment to facilitate completely encrypted conversations should you wish to.
Pretty straight-forward right. We’ve not had any of this looked over by a solicitor but then by being as transparent as possible, we’re hoping we won’t have to.
